Organization	Needs Improvement Fails to meet this criteria by obvious disregard for the expectations stated in the criteria	Fair Disorganized, or not in essay form. Leaves the reader wondering what is being said, has an abrupt ending.	Good Paper has intro, body and conclusion, but ideas and thoughts may skip around. Paragraphs are not fully developed.	Exceeds Easy to read and understand. Essay is organized with Intro body and conclusion and has well developed paragraphs.
Addressing topic	Needs Improvement The topic of the paper is not fully addressed or not on topic at all.	Fair Paper addresses the topic at surface level, but is disjointed and skips around.	Good The entire paper's content relates to the topic and gives clear facts.	Exceeds The paper fully addresses the content and is explained in clear language with supported detail and reflection
