Eye Contact	Excellent Throughout the lesson students used direct eye contact with the instructor. Engaging actively in the lesson with the instructor.	Good Throughout the lesson students used good eye contact. Throughout the lesson, students remain actively engaged with the instructor. Some students showed enthusiasm.	Satisfactory Some students are engaged throughout the lesson. Some students used direct eye contact with instructor throughout the lesson. Some students are actively listening to the instructor.	Acceptable Only a couple of students are engaged with lesson. Very little eye direct contact throughout the lesson with the instructor. No students showed active engagement towards the instructor. None of the students interacted.
Verbal Student Engagement	Excellent 5 or more questions are asked during lesson plan. Actively raised hands, asked questions and told personal stories. Used lots of enthusiasm when answering instructor's questions.	Good - 4 questions asked during lesson plan. - During the lesson, some verbal connections were made by interacting with each other, asking questions, and sharing personal experiences. - Students are still actively listening to the instructor. - Students showed some enthusiasm when answering the instructor's questions.	Satisfactory 3 questions are asked during lesson. Few verbal connections during lesson. Few students showed enthusiasm towards the instructor's questions.	Acceptable 2 questions asked during lesson. Made little verbal connections during lesson. Only a couple of students were actively listening to the instructor.	Poor 1 question asked during lesson. No verbal connections were made during lesson. No students showed enthusiasm towards the instructor's questions.
