Patient History 20 %	Poor No history, unclear and/or no details. Giving unnecessary or unrelevant details.	Good Basic history but little details. Giving too many details. Chief complaint and what brought the patient to the hospital.	Great Chief complaint and why the patient is here, also detailed history and approriate to cardiopulmonary care of this patient.
Diagnostic test 20 %	Poor No diagnostic test given and test that is relevant to the cardiopulmonary care.	Good Basic relevant diagnostic test obtained. Stating the results of those tests.	Great Detailed diagnostic test and why they were obtained and and explain their relevance to this patient.
Clinical assessment 20 %	Poor No assessment and/or not knowing how to do it appropriate cardiopulmonary assessment.	Good Basic cardiopulmary assessment obtained and why. Vital signs, breath sounds, heart rate, etc...	Great Detailed cardiopulmary assessment and why. Explaining the assessment meaning and information that might be relevant other than cardiopulmonary problems.
Recommendations: RT care 20 %	Poor No treatment and/or therapy recommendations or why not recommended or recommending dangerous and unnecessary therapy.	Good Basic respiratory therapy and treatment recommendations and why. Telling how it benefits patient.	Great Detailed respiratory therapy treatments and recommendations and/or recommendation that the respiratory care is not needed and why.
Patient care other than respiratory 20 %	Poor No recommendations of any kind or unclear recommendations other than respiratory care.	Good Recommendations of care other than respiratory therapy and why.	Great Detailed explanation why other care is appropriate or not approriate for this patient. Consult other healthcare professionals, in the non-respiratory issues.
