Grammar	Poor Story is difficult to understand and has many grammatical errors. Student does not demonstrate correct use of direct object pronouns.	Fair Story can be understood, but with some difficulty, there are many grammatical errors. Student demonstrates some correct usage of direct object pronouns.	Good Story is easy to understand and has some grammatical errors. Student demonstrates a mostly correct usage of direct object pronouns.	Excellent Story is easy to understand and has few grammatical errors. Student demonstrates correct use of direct object pronouns.
Vocabulary	Poor Little to no vocabulary from the unit is used or is used incorrectly. (Less than 5 words/ phrases)	Fair Some of the vocabulary from the unit is used correctly. (10-6 words/ phrases)	Good Good amount of the vocabulary from the unit is used correctly. (14-11 words/ phrases)	Excellent Wide range of vocabulary from the unit is used correctly through out the student's work. (At least 15 words/ phrases )
