Writes with the understanding of a specific audience.	10 Point Writer's point of view is obscured because it lacks a purpose and/or sense of audience.
Vocabulary/Word Choice	30 Points Effective and engaging use of word choice. Vocabulary and word choice support the point of view of the speaker.	20 Points Used a variety of word choice. Some word choice selected to support the viewpoint of the speaker.	10 Point Careless or inaccurate word choice, which obscures meaning.
