Job Completion	Excellent Parts and tools are organized for efficient progress. Site cleaned up as needed for safety and at the end.	Good Parts and tools are mostly organized. Site is kept free of most clutter and cleaned up at end of project.	Fair Parts and tools are hard to locate. Site is somewhat cluttered and getting difficult to remain safe in. Site is left cluttered until the end.	Poor Parts and tools are getting lost and hard to find. Site is a mess and left unsafe.
Demonstrate Knowledge of Process	Excellent Student knows and is able to identify and explain necessary theories/ task for completion of the project. Relies on own memory skills to get task done.	Good Student is able to identify and explain necessary theories/ task for completion of the project with some assistance. Uses own words to describe task.	Fair Student is unable to identify or explain concepts without prompting. Requires adult assistance to get job done. Uses very little vocabulary to describe the task.	Poor Student is not able to identify and explain major theories/task. Relies on others to explain the task and doesn't complete task on own for any of steps.
Ability to Follow Directions	Excellent Followed all directions. Listened to others around him/her when needed. Requested assistance when needed.	Good Followed most directions. Listened to others around him/her when needed. Requested assistance when needed.	Fair Moderately followed directions. Worked at a pace that was usually productive. Did not always seek out help when needed leading to errors.	Poor Did not follow directions for the task and at times refused to slow down to do task well. Did not seek assistance and as a result the work was compromised.
Time Management	Excellent Routinely used time well throughout the project to get the job done in good time.	Good Used time fairly well throughout the project getting it done in acceptable time.	Fair Procrastinated somewhat but did get the job done despite taking longer than needed.	Poor Was unable to adequately meet timeline.
