Flowers are placed correctly.	70-79% (Level 3) Good consistent application of the element Form. Shape is somewhat defined but can be confused with another shape.	60-69% (Level 2) Weak in the application of element Form.<BR> No shape defined.<BR> Materials used may be broken.	50-59% (Level 1) Design work lacking the application of the element Form. Makes you ask what is it? Materials used are broken or cut too short.
Understanding of Content	80-100% (Level 4) Mechanics are strong, stable, and long lasting. Mechanics are well hidden	70-79% (Level 3) Mechanics are stable and the arrangement will stay together when being transported.	60-69% (Level 2) Mechanics are weak and/ or showing.<BR> - wire not properly taped.	50-59% (Level 1) The design lacks mechanics or they are incorrectly installed.
