Palpation and knowledge aptitude (1) Locate 2 bony landmarks bilaterally (Hook underneath if necessary) (2) Position body properly (3) Explain what is seen (4) Locate and describe 1 muscle (actions and attachments) (5) Trace all palpable outlines of muscle	Complete Accurately palpate all bony landmarks given bilaterally, describes what is observed and body is positioned properly. Hooking fingers underneath landmarks as necessary. Palpate 1 muscle, describe attachments, actions, and palpate entirety of muscle. Demonstrate a muscle test of the muscle to help define borders of muscle.	Satisfactory Locate all bony landmarks bilaterally. Describe what is being observed. Palpate 1 muscle describe the action and describe the attachments. Will receive 1 extra point if able to muscle test properly.	Poor Unable to identify 2 bony landmarks bilaterally.
