Students will be performing CrossFit/fitness movements/tasks as they work towards achieving their target heart rate zone.

	Poor 1 pts	Fair 2 pts	Good 3 pts	Excellent 4 pts
Fitness Formative Google Classroom	Poor Student has completed less than 3 questions and/or submitted late or with a reminder.	Fair Student has completed 3 questions and/or submitted late or with a reminder.	Good Student has completed 4/5 questions and/or submitted late or with a reminder.	Excellent Student Fitness Formative is complete(all questions answered) and submitted timely.
Within the zone	Poor Student can not work within his or her target heart rate zone. He/she remains below their zone.	Fair Student has difficulty staying within his/her target rate zone. He/she tend to fluctuate.	Good Student is able to stay within his/her target heart rate zone wile completing the task/s assigned	Excellent Student is able to stay within his/her target heart rate zone wile completing the task/s assigned and goes above and beyond task assigned.
CrossFit/Fitness Movements	Poor Student does not demonstrate ability to perform CrossFit/Fitness movements.	Fair Student has difficulty performing CrossFit/Fitness movements and often needs assistance.	Good Student demonstrates ability to perform CrossFit/Fitness movements and is working within their target zone	Excellent Student demonstrates ability to perform CrossFit/Fitness movements and is working beyond their target zone while encouraging others to work within their target zone.
