Summary	Excellent Whole recipe, paragraph and picture was submitted to the teacher. Recipe steps are clear and paragraph relates to how the food choice is part of the country's food traditions.	Good Only two of the required elements were submitted to the teacher.	Fair Summary handed in does not follow what was required, there is inadequate detail and it is unclear how it relates.	Poor No summary was handed in.
Show Content	Excellent Cooking show was narrated clearly, clear indication of dish being prepared through verbal and visual actions, well organized, informative and between 3-6 minutes.	Good Cooking show was narrated well, understanding of dish being prepared through verbal and visual actions and between 3-6 minutes.	Fair Cooking show narration of the show was not easy to understand. Information was not presented to give understanding of dish being prepared. Time could have been used better.	Poor Cooking show was not presented with narration that was relevant or easy to understand. It was evident little time was put into the video.
Video Presentation	Excellent The final video included all group members participation, showed great effort in editing the final product. Great use of props, music and/or extras were included. Fair The final video included most of the group members participation, showed little effort in editing the finished product.	Poor The final video was unorganized and did not include the required components.
Subject connection	Excellent 5 interesting and relevant facts were were included in the cooking show as narration.	Good Some facts were included in the show. Effort and theme	Excellent Show was well rehearsed and included several creative and original elements. It took a great deal of preparation and effort to complete. Fair Show included the basic elements of the recipes, with some effort.	Poor A minimum of effort was exhibited.
