Quilting lesson
During my professional field experience as a graduate student I use this project to get to know the studnets better. I tell a story to the students about quilts and then have them write a story about themselves and use it to illustrate a quilt square. Students will use writing, storytelling, drawing, and collage. Their quilt squares will be displayed as one large quilt with in the school.
