DressOut/Participation Activity Day Physical Activity assessment and Classroom assessment. Three points total for each day.

DRESSOUT/Phys.Participation Physical Activity Participation Days which require proper attire.	Exemplary Student consistently participated in all physical activities and demonstrated a consistent effort. Student wears the proper attire for physical activities:t-shirt,shorts, athletic shoes.	Proficient Student participated in most physical activities and demonstated fair effort. Student wears the proper attire.	Basic Sudent sometimes participated in physical activities and demonstrated little effort. Student demonstrated a poor attitude when instructed to be active.Student wears the proper attire.	Below Basic Student does not wear the proper attire and is not allowed to participate in physical activities. Student displayed a poor attitude when asked to dress and participate in activities.
CLASSROOM/Participation&Effort Classroom Participation Days.<BR> Physical activity days and classroom days are assessed according to the particular day. The assesssment for each is different but adds to the total points for the day, week, and term. Three points each day.	Exemplary Student consistently participated in all classroom activities and demonstrated a consistent effort.	Proficient Student participated in most classroom activities and demonstrated fair effort.	Basic Student sometimes participated and demonstrated little effort. Student demonstrated a poor attitude when asked to get on task.	Below Basic Student did not participate and displayed a poor attitude when asked to get on task. Student refused to perform classwork.
Behavior Classroom and physical activity behavior.	Exemplary Receive full credit for each day you do not have a discipline issue.	Proficient Receive 2 points for each day you are issued a reprimand by the teacher for a discipline issue.	Basic Receive 1 point for each day more than one reprimand is given for discipline issues.	Below Basic Receive a 0 for each day you are removed from class or a dean's referral is written for disciplinary issues.
Attendance Excused Absences and Field Trips are accepted.	Exemplary Receive full credit for each day you are present for the entire class period. An excused absence or field trip is an exception.	Proficient Receive 2 points for an unexcused tardy; missed beginning of class.	Basic Receive 1 point for an unexcused tardy; missed most of class.	Below Basic Receive a 0 for each day you have an unexcused absence.
