Students Behavior Check List

This rubric allows students with behavioral problems to self monitor their own behavior and see how they are acting and performing on a day to day basis. The student checks how they feel and then the teacher would collect it to see if it matched what they thought at the end of science class. The goal is to see improvement with the use of the checklist rubric.

Poor I don't want to do my work nor work with my peers on group assignments during class	Fair I am participating but not giving it all my effort, I just want to make it through class with limited effort.	Good I am fully participating in all my work individually and with my peers.
My Attitude How do I feel about class today?	Poor I have a negative attitude towards class and would rather be somewhere else	Fair I am struggling and frustrated with class but am trying my best to remain on task	Good I was happy to be in class and learning something about science
