Evaluating My Learning 
This rubric will assess what I have learn throughout this EDU 313N course. It will be based on the objectives of the course, the multiple topics and what are my favorites. The student can receive up to 7 points for following direction and putting together good information.

Learning and Motivation

Poor

The information is lacking knowledge about learning behaviors and how important they are to education. The theories are not properly discussed.
Average

The information show that behavioral, constructive and cognitive theories are much needed in education. They are explained with examples and ideas as to how they can be used.
Perfect

The information show that the theories has a valid place in learning. They were well explained as to how they can be in co-operated into a classroom by having there own place.
Motivation and Affect

Poor

There was no visible knowledge of motivation present.
Maslow hierarchy of needs and Skinners behaviorist theory were not included.
Average

Maslow hierarchy of needs were well defined with examples and how they relate to the students but Skinner behaviorist had very few details. Show more motivational terms
Perfect

Both Maslow and Skinner information was well defined. Motivation was discussed in the education setting with more visible terms. The comparision chart showed knowledge of both theories.
Productive Learning

Poor

There was no implementation of instructional straregies in the classroom. Lack of classroom management was visible. Managing misbehavior was not mention in detail.
Average

Knowledge of a good productive classroom was present through a well defined classroom management system. There was a sense of student control visible.Managing misbehaviors was mention with a few details to follow.
Perfect

There is a well knowledgeable perspective about the learning environment, managing misbehavior and using other resources to support your plans.
Instructional Strategies

Poor

There is a lack of knowledge about how to approach a task analysis. Psychological and cognitive theories were not present.
Average

The task analysis was identified and set into perspective but there was not enough of detailing instruction for the students to carry out.
Perfect

The task analysis was very well defined and explained with many details and the appropriate instructional strategy for instruction was set. A teaching approach expository instruction is visible along with individuality.
