Content and information Resume must have all pertinent information and a Cover Letter must accompany the resume (see guidelines on pg. 813 of your textbook).	Excellent Resume contains correct personal information Objective 5 Qualifications Work or volunteer experience Education Resume must reflect what position you are applying for. Cover Letter serves as a sales pitch, has correct address to where it is going, describes how you are the best person for the job, and a gives a description of your education and experience.	Good Resume is missing some information but contains most essesntial and / or less than 5 qualifications listed *Resume reflects what position you are applying for. Cover letter is missing one of the elements.	Fair Resume is missing 2 or more categories of information and / or less than 4 qualifications Resume reflects what position you are applying for. Cover letter is missing two of the elements.	Poor Resume is missing several categories of information and / or less than 4 qualifications *Resume fails to reflect what position you are applying for. Cover Letter is missing three or more of the elements.
Format and attractiveness	Excellent Margin is flush and clean Individual points bulleted Categories well defined. Text fonts & sizes are well chosen, exceptionally attractive, neat work.	Good Either categories are not clearly defined or points not bulleted. Text fonts & sizes are readable, attractive format.	Fair Does not follow clear and concise format.
