Activity 4a- Learning Outdoors

Excellent

Reflects careful reading of the report and application of the principles of un- and structured play to child development & self-regulation. Inlcudes observation, health, safety, & parents.

Reflects a basic understanding of the messages of the report. Reflects somewhat the importance of child development. Mentions several but not all of the aspects.

Activity 8-Reflection

Excellent

Reflective work on projects show a maturing of ideas with respect to self, DAP, learner self-regulation, positive motivation, the ELSs, and self-growth. Recognizes their role in the life trajectory of the child.
Competent

Reflective work on project is mostly complete but limited in the writing of the complete reflection. Evidence of the impact on the self upon the learner's environment is not very evident.
Needs Improvement

Self-reflect seems to be difficult to understand in the sense that they are fully part of the learner's environment and have a long range impact on the development and life trajectory of the child.
