Mise En Place and Steps 10 pts	1 There is no evidence of mise en place and steps are missing.	2 More than 4 items are missing from mise en place and there is 1 or more steps missing.	3 All mise en place is correct allowing easy flow in directions and demonstration. All steps are presented, in order, and easy to follow.
Presentation 10 pts	1 Work space is messy and there are no recorded or written instructions as a guide on the slides. Student is not dressed appropriately for cooking.	2 Work space is slightly cluttered and student misses/has incomplete steps. Student is dressed appropriately for cooking.	3 Work space is free of clutter and student clearly explains each step through recording or typed out instructions. Student is dressed appropriately for cooking.
Slideshow Fornat 10 pts	1 Slideshow does not have photos for each step and test is over lapping and messy. 10+ grammar errors are present.	2 Slideshow has photos of most steps and text is easy to read and well formatted. 5-9 grammar errors are present.	3 Slideshow has a photo for every step and text is easy to read and is well formatted with less than 5 grammar errors.
