Their use of the Cultural Frame has contributed symbolic and deeply meaningful references in their finished piece.	Good (B) Students development of art is improving and they have made an effort to work on their planing and craftsmanship. Their use of the Cultural frame contributes to the overall meaning and appeal of their piece	Average (C) Students development of art is adequate but lacks overall planing and craftsmanship and appears to use elements of the cultural frame to guide their work.	Minimal Effort (D) Students is developing the ability to make art but lacks overall planing and craftsmanship. The references to the cultural frame are difficult to see in their work.	No Effort (E) There has been no effort to complete the practical aspect of this project.
