Strength and Conditioning Video Rubric
Fitness Video Rubric
Students will be divided into groups to create video based on the knowledge they have acquired throughout class. The video must include name of exercise and machine, name of muscle group worked, proper lifting technique, safety procedures, spotters responsibility, and variations for the exercise and lifts.
