Dancer did not provide much thoughtful considerations for improvement of choreography. Dancer was not an active member and did not hep solve issues. We all had to encourage dancer to participate then would give feedback.

Dancer somewhat provided thoughtful considerations for improvement of this work. Dancer was somewhat active in creating choreography. Could of had a stronger presence in the group.
