	Unsatisfactory 1 pts	Partially Proficient 3 pts	Proficient 5 pts
Restated the Question	Unsatisfactory The Student didn't restate the question.	Partially Proficient The student attempted to restate the question.	Proficient The student restated the question.
Accuracy	Unsatisfactory The answer is incorrect.	Partially Proficient The answer has part of the correct answer but isn't clear.	Proficient The answer is correct.
Effort	Unsatisfactory The answers were not well thought out or didnt have supporting evidence.	Partially Proficient Answers are well thought out but there isn't much supporting evidence.	Proficient Answers were well thought out and had supporting eveidence.
Conventions	Unsatisfactory Response has many spelling, grammar, capitalization, sentence structure, and punctuation errors.	Partially Proficient The response has some grammar, capitalization, spelling, sentence structure, and punctuation errors.	Proficient The response has no errors in grammar, spelling, capitalization, punctuation or sentence structure.
