FFMHS Performance Assessment: Bb chromatic scale 
Students will perform the Concert Bb chromatic scale and may use their scale sheet or fingering chart, if they choose. This will be one of 3 summative assessments for the 3rd quarter.

Concert Bb Chromatic Scale

Student is not able to play the concert Bb chromatic scale accurately at this time. There were 10 or more mistakes and/or corrections. If the performance of this scale was not received by me, a zero will be entered into the grade book.

Student recorded the Concert Bb scale into Garage Band and may have shared it with iTunes but the incorrect format was sent to me. The student had a chance to correct this but chose not to send me the correct format until after 2 or more reminders.
