ATTENDANCE/PUNCTUALITY 20 % Shows up in class on time.	Excellent EXCELLENT Student is always on time and regularly attends classes.	Good GOOD Student is absent once or more than 5 min late one or two times.	Fair FAIR Student is absent twice or more than 5 min late three or more times.	Poor POOR Student has three or more absences.
LEVEL OF ENGAGEMENT AND BEHAVIOR 60 % Participates in class.	Excellent EXCELLENT Student often asks and answers questions, participates in group discussions.	Good GOOD Student sometimes asks and answers questions, and participates in group discussions.	Fair FAIR Student rarely participates in class, contributes little in group discussions.	Poor POOR Student never participates in class, does not participate in group discussions.
RESPECTFUL EXCHANGES 20 % Students engages in respectful communication.	Excellent EXCELLENT Student is respectful of opinions of other students.
