Using what you have learned from this point, create a movie trailer. Each film will be 3-6 min in length. You may recreate an existing film of your choice or create your own film. All assignments will be graded using the rubric below. You will have a total of 3 days to finish this project.

Every film must have a title, credits, and text

Excellent

Titles, Credits, and Text add value to the trailer, and do not detract from overall trailer. Titles were crisp, clever, and appropriate with clear links to the movie. All contributors are properly credited.

Titles, credits, and text are lacking in a few places, but they do not greatly detract from the trailer. There are a few Spelling/ Grammatical errors. Some contributors are properly credited.

All images are clear and easy to see. Background colors and image effects chosen add to the visual interest of the presentation. Fonts, color, and graphics are used to enhance the presentation without detracting from the presentation content

Most background colors and image effects chosen add to the visual interest of the presentation, but many of the effects chosen take away from the effectiveness of the piece. Use Final Cut Pro X to edit the movie trailer

Every clip was edited to fit the movie trailer. Transitions were properly placed to engage the audience. Effects were used to make the trailer come to life.

Only a few clips were edited in the editing process. Transitions and effects were vague.
