Content	Poor App does not facilitate any real educational learning. Students are dis-engaged when asked to use app.	Fair App reinforces known skills but does not teach unknown skills or content. Students are not motivated to continue with app.	Good App attempts to reinforce and teach relevant and appropriate educational skills and concepts. Student usually enjoys using the app.	Great App reinforces and teaches relevant and appropriate educational skills and concepts in an engaging fashion. Students are highly motivated to use app.
Design	Poor One level of learning which could be carried out by hitting random buttons. Graphics and design is not appropriate or appealing.	Fair 1-2 different ability levels. No ability to customise. Content, features and design offer limited appeal.	Good A few different levels. Limited ability to customise.
