Prime Factorization Do you know how to find the prime factorization?
	Poor I am not really trying. 1 pts	Fair I am trying but I did not pay attention or take good notes. 2 pts	Good I am doing my best but I need help. 3 pts	Excellent I took good notes and I completely understand this concept. 4 pts
Strategic Knowledge How do I plan out my work?	Poor I do not really show the steps that the teacher showed on the board. I do it my way and it is not organized. I only did a few problems.	Fair I show some of the steps and it is not clear. I only did half of the assignment. I can find the factors just not the prime factors.	Good I show most of the steps of finding the prime factors of a number. I attempted the whole assignment.	Excellent I show all of my steps and I list all of the factors. I then use one of the factoring methods (birthday cake or factor tree) to find the prime factorization of that number.
Explanation Can I explain it to someone else?	Poor I write or draw something that does not go with my answer. No I cannot explain it because I do not know it.	Fair I can explain some of it but would rather not.	Good I draw the tree and can do most of the work. I might be able to explain it but not all of it.	Excellent I know what I am doing and I can make the factor tree and show someone else how to do the work.
Mathematical Knowledge Do I know how to find the prime factorization?	Poor I try but I do not understand it.	Fair I list the factors but forget some of the numbers.	Good I can do it with the smaller numbers but make some mistakes with the larger numbers.	Excellent I understand how to find prime factors and I can show a classmate how to do this. I have all the problems correct.
