Students will be selecting works from each chapter of an algebra class to put into a portfolio to keep for the entire semester.

Reflection Page Content	Poor Doesn't show examples, provide proof, or explain why the piece was chosen.	Fair Either shows examples of why the chosen piece was good, or thoroughly explains why the piece was chosen, but not both.	Good Shows examples and provides proof that the chosen piece was a good piece (evidence of one of the above three requirements). Thoroughly explains why the piece was chosen.
Mechanics	Poor More than acceptable amounts of grammar, punctuation, or spelling mistakes. 7 or more mistakes.	Fair Some grammar, punctuation, or spelling mistakes, but otherwise correct. 3 - 6 mistakes.	Good Proper grammar, punctuation, spelling, etc. 0 - 3 mistakes.
