Leadership Glog Rubric

This is a rubric used to evaluate glogs students created to summarize information gathered about themselves as leaders through various self-inventories.

Fair The Glog is missing one of the required elements.	Poor The Glog is missing more than one of the required elements.
Leadership Role (T/I)	Excellent The student has an exceptional understanding of his/her own suitability for a selected leadership role and provides thorough rationale for his/her choice.	Good The student has a good understanding of his/her own suitability for a selected leadership role and provides thorough rationale for his/her choice.	Fair The student has a fair understanding of his/her own suitability for a selected leadership role and provides adequate rationale for his/her choice.	Poor Student did not identify a leadership role which he/she would be suited for or did not provide rationale for his/her choice.
Communication (Comm)	Excellent All information gathered from self inventories is included. Excellent explanation and depth for each response. Glog paints a clear picture of who the student leader is.
