Fair The student correctly recorded the number of blocks used, but could not correctly identify the value of those blocks. Explanation	Poor The student could not explain how they got their answer or did not attempt to explain their answer.	Fair The student attempted to explain how they got their answer, but the explanation was not sufficient.	Good The student sufficiently explained how they got their answer.
