Report	Distinguished Report is clear and includes PROBLEM, HYPOTHESIS, MATERIALS, PROCEDURE, OBSERVATIONS, CONCLUSION.	Proficient Report is mostly complete, neat, but minor details are missing.	Apprentice Report is hastily done, student did not follow directions, and is incomplete.	Novice Report is mostly not done, may be unable to understand, has errors.	Incomplete Required work has not been done
Procedures	Distinguished All PROCEDURES are read step-by-step are neatly checked off and complete.	Proficient Procedures are read, but not checked off and followed in an incoherent manner.	Apprentice Skipped some steps in the procedures.	Novice Procedures are skipped, not checked off and rushed.	Incomplete Required work has not been done.
Data Collection & Analysis	Distinguished Data are presented in ways (charts, tables, graphs) that best facilitate understanding and interpretation. Error analysis and Percent Error is included.	Proficient Data are presented in ways (charts, tables, graphs) that can be understood and interpreted, although not as clearly as they might be. Error analysis and Percent Error is included.
