Safety	Bellow Basic Student need constant reminders to wear safety glasses and/or uses equipment in a dangerous manner. Student does not observe safety rules and requires monitoring during lab work.	Basic Student needs constant reminder to work safely and uses equipment in a potentially dangerous manner.	Competent Student observes most safety procedures but has occasional setbacks.	Advanced Practices 100% safety on their own.
Stairlayout	Bellow Basic Student was unable to markout stairs.	Basic Student was able to mark out risers and treads.	Competent Student was able to markout risers,treads, and kicker.	Advanced Student was able to markout stair risers, treads, and kicker while make appropriate adjustments as needed.
Stair markout	Bellow Basic Student was unable to complete carriage cutouts	Basic Student struggled to complete carriage cuts without assistance.
