This is a five-question speaking interview designed to assess Grade 9 ESL students’ ability to communicate in English. The test evaluates fluency, accuracy, pronunciation, vocabulary, and interaction through structured oral responses.

Fluency	Excellent Speaks smoothly with natural pacing and minimal pauses	Good Mostly fluent with some hesitation	Fair Frequent pauses but message is clear. Speech is fragmented	Needs to improve Unable to speak continuously
Accuracy	Excellent Uses grammar accurately with 0–1 minor errors	Good 2–3 errors, meaning always clear	Fair 4–5 errors,frequent errors that often block meaning	Needs to improve Errors consistently block meaning
