Excellent focus; never broke character. Confident and poised

Student KNEW what they were doing. They were where they were supposed to be ONSTAGE and were QUIETLY paying attention to others when they were offstage. .
Good

Focus wanders and returns. Character is depicted adequately; any break in focus on character was eventually recovered.

Student showed SOME evidence of knowing what they were doing. Student MOSTLY QUIETLY payed attention to others when they were offstage.
Fair-Poor

Inconsistent focus; broke character several times and had difficulty regaining focus. Audience was present to actor rather than character.

Student showed little evidence of following through where they were supposed to be ONSTAGE and what their role/goal was. Student has to be corrected more than twice were QUIETLY paying attention to others when they were offstage.
