Poor pronunciation that prevents understanding of the message. (more that 8)
Volume is inappropriate for interview (i.e. spoke too loudly, too softly).

Pronunciation with several errors that make understanding difficult. (7)
Volume is uneven (varied).

Good pronunciation with minor errors that do not affects understanding. (6) Volume is appropriate.

Pronounces clearly, with natural fluency and no major errors (5).
Volume conveys business tone.

Answers with “yes’ or “no” and fails to elaborate or explain.
Includes only questions of the interview itself.

Gives well-constructed responses but sounds rehearsed or unsure.
Includes one or two sections of the interview.

Gives well-constructed responses, does not sound rehearsed, student somewhat hesitant or unsure.
Includes all the parts but incompletely done.

Gives well-constructed, confident responses that sounded genuine (no hesitation).
Includes the 3 parts of the job interview (ice breaker questions, interview itself and closing)

Student doesn´t wear other outfits than his /her school uniform.

Student wears an accessory only.

Student wears a only a part of the outfit required (top/bottom)

Student wears a proper outfit related to the job position he/she is applying for.
