Taste	Good (3) -Taste like a chocolate chip cookie. -Makes me want to eat another one. -There is a good number of chocolate chips in the cookie. -The cookie is moist.	Fair (2) -Forgot to put an ingredient in the product. -Put too much of an ingredient in the product. -Has an okay taste.	Poor (1) -Does not taste good. -I can't swallow the cookie. -Is hard and I can not bite into the cookie -Missing a bunch of ingredients.
Texture	Good (3) -The cookie is moist. -Can easily break. -Not over cooked. -Not under cooked.	Fair (2) -The cookie is little over cooked. - The cookie is under cooked. - Does not have the exact texture that it is suppose to have.
