With prompting, support and multiple choices, student is able to accurately respond to less then 50% of inferential questions.
Fair

With moderate support student is 50-70% accurate in responding to inferential questions
Good

With moderate support student is 70-90% accurate in responding to inferential questions
Excellent

Student is able to respond to inferential questions independently with at least 80% accuracy.
