Bloom's Taxonomy-Preschool Level
This rubric applies Bloom's Taxonomy at the preschool level to be used in observing students early receptive/expressive language skills while engaged in structured classroom activities with new and unfamiliar common objects and toys. I is designed to be used in assessing preschoolers with a disability.

The students enjoys looking at new items and can expressively label common nouns and verbs.
Remembering
Poor
The student does not exhibit awareness of his/her surrounding. S/he does not reach for or use objects in a functional way.
Fair
The student is aware of his/her environment, visually scans objects/pictures in response to teacher instruction.
Good
The student repeats words heard during instructions, looks at pictures and repeats adult models.
