Pencil Grasp

Scissors Skills

Using 2 hands, is able to cut through a 1 inch strip of paper, and make snips in paper to create fringe.

Able to cut along a straight line with jagged (snips) and smooth continuous strokes while repositioning paper.

Uses scissors safely to cut smoothly on a 1/16" curved line with multiple changes in direction.
Glueing Skills

Apparently understands the purpose and function of glue sticks, liquid glue, paste, rubber cement.

Demonstrates the ability to open/close the desired adhesive dispenser (cover on glue stick, twist cap on liquid glue, jar cover on paste container).

Demonstrate the ability to apply the apporpriate amount of adhesive to the smaller item to complete the task.

Demonstrate the ability to manipulate the item that has the adhesive on it and move it toward the item that will receive it.

Able to adhere one paper/item to another effectively (not loose on edges, no excess glue showing)
