Torticollis Inservice 
This rubric is being developed to help determine how successful a group of therapists and therapy assistants learn information that a Physical Therapist presents about treatment of torticollis in infants.

The learner is unable to select any functional activity promoting sidebending and/or rotation in any position.

Excellent

The learner selects three strengthening activities and is able to identify the muscle groups involved in the activity.
Good

The learner selects two strengthening activities and is able to identify the muscle groups involved in the activity.
Fair

The learner selects only one strengthening activity and may or may not identify the muscle groups involved in the activity.
Poor

The learner is unable to identify any strengthening activity or the muscle groups involved.
Learning Styles

Excellent

The learner effectively compares and contrasts his/her learning style with that of the instructor and gives appropriate constructive criticism for how to improve the in-service for a future presentation.
Good

The learner is able to give one or two similarities or differences in the learning styles of the learner and instructor and gives constructive criticism on how to improve the in-service for a future presentation.
Fair

The learner is able to tell if his/her learning style is different than the instructors, but is unable to give effective criticism for how improve the in-service for a future presentation.
Poor

The learner is unable to compare/contrast his/her learning style with that of the instructor and make no attempt to effectively critique the in-service for a future presentation.
