Solo Performance 
Students will be required to pick one out of the three pieces of music that we have studied thus far this semester and perform the piece in a one-on-one evaluation check with the instructor.

Poor

Student performed poorly in regards to the rhythmic aspect of the piece. Made a significant amount of errors and when they did, they failed to continue on with the piece as if nothing had happened.

Student performed fairly well in regards to the rhythmic aspect of the piece. Made quite a few errors but when they did, they successfully continued on with the piece as if nothing had happened.

Student performed almost perfectly in regards to the rhythmic aspect of the piece. Made little to no errors and when they did, they successfully continued on with the piece as if nothing had happened.

Overall, the student's performance displayed a fair amount of error and a somewhat unclear understanding in regards to the material, which is more than likely due to only minimal practice.

Overall, the student's performance displayed a clear understanding of the material in regards to both rhythmic and melodic accuracy making it apparent that they had been practicing regularly.
