The candidate has demonstrated perfect performance and rehearsal attendance as a performer, would do the same as drum major
Proficient

The candidate has missed or been late to only 1 or 2 performances or rehearsals at NHS, with advanced notice; is likely to attend all performances as drum major
Developing

The candidate has missed or been late to 3 to 5 performances or rehearsals at NHS, needs to prove reliability as drum major
Beginning

The candidate has missed or been late to more than 5 performances or rehearsals at NHS, MUST prove reliability to be selected drum major
