Achieving Student drew self-portrait including facial features but did not draw neck and shoulders.	Developing Student drew self-portrait but did not complete the facial features.	Beginning No self-portrait was drawn. Assignment was not completed.
Color	Excelling Self-portrait following a monochromatic color scheme. Student chose one color and used tints and shades of that color for the entire self-portrait.	Achieving Self-portrait was colored but is all one value. (No variety of tints and shades of the color chosen.)	Developing Self-portrait was only partially colored.	Beginning Self-portrait was not colored. Assignment is incomplete.
