Student also cannot multiply fractions by a whole number.	Partially Meets Student is able to multiply fractions correctly by multiplying the numerator of fraction 1 by the numerator of fraction 2 and the denominator of fraction 1 by the denominator of fraction 2 OR the student is able to multiply fractions by whole numbers.	Meets Student is able to multiply fractions correctly by multiplying the numerator of fraction 1 by the numerator of fraction 2 and the denominator of fraction 1 by the denominator of fraction 2. Student is able to multiply fractions by whole numbers.
