Patient History	Poor No history, unclear and/or no details. Giving unnecessary or unrelevant details.	Good Basic history but little details. Giving too many details. Chief complaint and what brought the patient to the hospital.	Great Chief complaint and why the patient is here, also detailed history and approriate to cardiopulmonary care of this patient.
Diagnostic tests	Poor No diagnostic test given and/or tests that are irrelevant .	Good Basic relevant diagnostic test obtained. Stating the results of those tests.	Great Detailed diagnostic test and why they were obtained and and explain their relevance to this patient.
Nursing assessment	Poor No assessment and/or not knowing how to do it appropriately when asked to demonstrate	Good Basic cardiopulmary assessment obtained and why. Vital signs, breath sounds, heart rate, etc...	Great Detailed cardiopulmonary assessment and why. Explaining the assessment meaning and information that might be relevant other than cardiopulmonary problems.
