Vocabulary	Good 90% of Correct direction words (在左面，向左拐，一直走，在第一个路口向右拐，先，再，最后，在马路对面... ) were used in Chinese.	Fair 70-80% of the direction words were incorrect.	Poor 50-60% of the direction words were incorrect .
Accuracy/Fluency	Good When directions were followed they led to the destination.	Fair Directions had one inaccurate statement or missed one turn/street.	Poor Someone who followed the directions would not arrive at the destination.
Street Names/Landmarks	Good Correct street names were used in Chinese. At least 4 landmarks that would be passed were mentioned.	Fair Street names were used, but not all correct.2-3 landmark was mentioned.	Poor No street names were used .Only 1 landmark was mentioned.
Fluency	Good Smooth delivery,with accurate tones like native speaker.	Fair Fairly delivery,understandable tunes with few errors.	Poor Unnatural pauses,with poor tones that are hard to understand.
Performance	Good Lively, enthusiastic Eye contact. Poster/powerpoint appealing.	Fair General enthusiasm, Some eye contact. Poster/powerpoint interesting.	Poor Little enthuasiasm, limited eye contact. Poorly made poster or powerpoint.
Task completion	Good On task every day, finishing each day's goal, and whole project is finished on time.	Fair On task most of the time , finishing each day's goal, and whole project is finished on time.	Poor Off task a lot, causing delays of the whole project.
