Forgets needed materials, rarely ready to work.	Approaching Expectations Sometimes needs to settle down before being ready to work. Has had to adjust deadlines or work responsibilities before project's completion.	Meets Expectations Is usually ready to work. Encourages others to embrace the expectation to "Be Ready" to improve the overall learning experience.	Exceeds Expectations Attends class on time. Brings needed materials, is always ready to work. Independently pursue additional studies & opportunities. Ready for additional challenges.
Colaboration - Show respect for the effort and work of others - Cooperate with others in the work group to complete tasks - Productively contribute to the work group - Work to create and environment where the work group takes pride in producing the highest quality outcome.	Below Expectations Rarely focuses on the task & what needs to be done. Lets others do the work. Comments never seem to connect to what class is talking about.	Approaching Expectations Sometimes needs reminded to focus & stay on task. Some comments are supported by what is being discussed in class.	Meets Expectations Focuses on the task & what needs to be done most of the time. Other group members can count on this person. Often follows through on assigned tasks.	Exceeds Expectations Consistently stays focused on the task & what needs to be done. Very self-directed. Comments are always relevant & always follows through on assigned tasks.
