Good Student demonstrates an understanding of the differences between personal interests, aptitudes, and values. Post test score 80% or higher.
Employment Barriers Pre-test Score	Poor Student identifies little to no employment barriers and ways to overcome these barriers. Post test score 60% or below.	Fair Student has a limited ability to identify employment barriers and ways to overcome these barriers. Post test score between 60% and 79%.	Good Student is able to identify employment barriers and ways to overcome these barriers. Post test score 80% or higher.
Employment Expectations Pre-test Score	Poor Student demonstrates little or no understanding of employee expectations, related to skills and job performance. Post test score 60% or below.
