Personalized Professional Learning

The rubric is designed to provide guidelines for teachers who are participating in a Personalized Professional Learning course. In order to receive .5 in-service credit for the course the educator must "Meet Expectations" in all criteria.

Assigned Additional Resources	Met Expectations A paragraph response was written for each of the assigned additional resources demonstrating the educator's knowledge of the content.	Incomplete A paragraph response was written for 1 of the 2 questions OR the response to the questions did not indicate and understanding of the content.	Not Acceptable The educator did not complete this portions of the course.
Selected Additional Resources	Met Expectations Two additional resources were selected, reviewed and reflected upon in a paragraph response demonstrating the educator's knowledge of the content.	Incomplete One additional resource was selected, reviewed and reflected upon in a paragraph response OR the response did not demonstrate the educator's understanding of the content.	Not Acceptable The educator did not complete this portions of the course.
Classroom Implementation	Met Expectations Student feedback cards/reflections or students work samples were collected and two of those were copied and included as part of the reflection on the course and/or a video and reflection was submitted.	Incomplete Student feedback cards/ reflections or student work collected but only one was submitted as part of the course reflection and/or a video was submitted but a reflection was not completed.	Not Acceptable The educator did not complete this portions of the course.
Classroom Reflection	Met Expectations The teacher reflected on the Topical Question and both focus questions demonstrating the educator's knowledge of the effectiveness of implementation and impact on his/her students.	Incomplete The teacher reflected on the Topical Questions or the Focus Questions OR did not demonstrate connection of the strategy to classroom practice.	Not Acceptable The educator did not complete this portions of the course.
