Promptness	Excellent Prompt to every class (no absences) = no deductions	Very Good Late only to first class during add/drop period	Good Late to one class after add/drop = deduct 1 point from prof. score	Average Late 2 times = deduct 3 points from prof. score.	Poor Late 3 times = deduct 4 points from prof. score	Failing Late 4 or more times = student will receive a 0 for professionalism.
Appearance	Excellent Always in uniform and always looks neat and professional.	Very Good In uniform most of time, pays attention to neatness and detail in dress.	Good In uniform most of the time, wears inappropriate jewelry, nail polish	Average Generally in uniform, but does not pay attention to detail and neatness	Poor Out of uniform several times, lax about conforming to policy.	Failing Consistently out of uniform makes no effort to be compliant with policy.
