Cooking Methods Demonstration 
Choose one dish that you can prepare at home. You can research a recipe or be adventurous and create your own. Create a video of you cooking the dish and explain what cooking method you decide to use. Please do not feel like you need to buy anything for this assignment. Be creative and cook what you have at home. Send the video to Ms. Harrell when you are done! Enjoy!
